Welcome to GAMCA Medical Pakistan. By accessing our booking portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointment Booking Service

We operate as an independent facilitator helping candidates register for WAFID medical slip appointments. We do not perform medical tests ourselves, nor do we issue visa clearances. We map candidate registration inputs onto the centralized database to generate clinical referral codes.

2. Accuracy of Candidate Details

Candidates are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the passport numbers, names, and nationalities submitted. Incorrect submissions cannot be corrected once in the WAFID ledger. In such cases, candidates must wait for the active slip to expire (60 days) to re-register.

3. Medical Center Allocation

The WAFID database auto-assigns approved medical clinics. Candidates cannot request specific centers or ask to transfer appointment locations. You agree to visit the clinic allocated on your generated PDF slip.

4. Disclaimers

GAMCA Medical Pakistan is not liable for visa rejections, medical center delays, or candidate failure to meet fitness standards. We represent a support desk and are not associated with any governmental embassy or the Gulf Health Council.
