Refund Policy

Please review the cancellation and refund policies for booking services processed by GAMCA Medical Pakistan.

1. Non-Refundability of Generated Slips

Once a WAFID medical referral slip has been generated and registered in the database, the transaction is non-refundable and non-cancellable. This is because the booking fee is immediately paid to the Gulf Health Council database infrastructure to generate the secure registration code.

2. Pre-Generation Cancellation

If you have submitted a booking request but your details contain an error (or you choose to cancel) before the support desk has officially processed your slip, we can halt processing and issue a full refund of any deposit. Please contact our support team immediately at +92-325-8497972.

3. Processing Time

Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment channel (Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash) within 2 to 3 business days.
